Thank you for taking the time to browse our website and to become familiar with our talented team of expert stylists and colorists. Our website also contains first hand Client Reviews, Special Events that are happening at the salon, our Product of the Month as well as information on our amazing yearly fundraiser An Evolution of Style.  Below you will find some useful information as well as a coupon that offers you as a NEW CLIENT 20% off your first visit.  To redeem the coupon please just download it to your computer and bring it in at the time of your appointment.

To schedule your first appointment at I Soci Salon you will be asked for a credit card number to secure your appointment. We do require a 24 hour notice for all cancellations.  If you call within less than 24 hours notice we will bill 50% of the fee applicable for the service and Stylist booked.  In the event of a no show with no call we will bill 100% of the service booked. Any appointments made within the 24 hour period are subject to the same guidelines as stated above. 

We accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express for payment of services and products. Tips are excepted in cash, or you may write a personal check directly to your Stylist.  Tip envelopes are provided at our front desk for your convenience and our front desk coordinators are always available to provide you with assistance.  We are unable to process tips with your credit card payment.

Due to customer volume and staffing constraints, we may not be able to provide a complimentary blow-dry after your color service.  We understand our clients have tight schedules, so we recommend scheduling your blow-dry with a stylist when setting up your visits.

We recommend that you leave all valuable items at home.  We cannot be responsible for any lost or damaged personal articles.
